The 2024 Innovations in Value-Based Care Conference occurred on September 26, 2024. Given the accelerated pace of adoption of value-based care models, focus on health equity, health-related social needs, innovations in technology, and the coming additional federal investment in New York’s delivery system, the conference offered a tremendous opportunity to learn from experts and leaders in the field, as they shared their insights.
